Shipping & Production Timelines

Every Label Stitch Studio order is custom-made specifically for you. Production begins only after your artwork and customization details have been reviewed and approved.

Artwork Review & Digital Proof

After your order is placed, our team will review your artwork and customization instructions. A digital proof will typically be emailed to you within 1–2 business days.

Please review your proof carefully. Production will not begin until we receive your approval. Delayed approval or requested artwork changes may extend the completion date.

Standard Production Time

Most standard orders are completed within 5–7 business days after proof approval.

Large quantities, complex artwork, specialty materials or multiple customization locations may require additional production time. We will contact you if your order requires a longer timeline.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Time

Shipping time is additional to the production timeline. Once your order is complete, it will be shipped using the delivery method selected at checkout.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our studio. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, service disruptions or other circumstances outside our control.

Rush and Date-Sensitive Orders

Need your order by a specific date? Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm product availability and production capacity.

Rush service may be available for an additional fee, but it is not guaranteed until confirmed by our team in writing.

When contacting us, please include:

  • The products and quantities needed

  • Your requested delivery date

  • Your shipping destination

  • Your logo or artwork, if available

Important Timing Information

Production and delivery timelines may be extended by:

  • Delayed proof approval

  • Incomplete customization instructions

  • Artwork requiring revisions or digitizing

  • Product or color availability

  • Large or complex orders

  • Carrier delays
